Transition Series

Tropeano Construction recognizes that not everyone needs or wants a custom home.  The Transition Series was developed with the best interests in mind of our customers who are ready to move into their first new home as well as those that may be looking to simplify their lives.

The Transition Series homes are all built using the same fine craftsman and attention to detail as any of our other homes. 

The efficient use of space and carefully selected available features of the Transition Series homes is key to providing our customers optimal value.  

Signature Series

The Signature Series of homes is a compilation of models that offer our customers quality and features that, as standard, surpass industry standards.  The Signature Series homes are available with a substantial selection of standard features that do not effect the pricing, but allow for an initial level of customization.

Beyond this initial level of customization, the Signature Series homes offer our customers essentially unlimited possibilities.  Items such as upgrades to the standard features, changes to the layout, and modifications to architectural details are some of the numerous customization options available on any of the homes in the Signature Series. 

While customization generally adds cost to a new home, Tropeano Construction makes every effort to offer options to its customers at fair prices.  Our goal is to provide our customers with the options they want, without the added burden of exorbitant pricing. 

Custom Homes

While the Signature Series allows our customers to fully customize one of our standard layouts, we do not consider that series to be our ultimate commitment to providing custom homes.  We believe that a truly custom builder offers the ability to take an active role in the design, development, and construction of a home that exactly suits the needs of its customer.  We have the resources necessary to assist our customers in developing a home that is truly their own.
